Mike is an experienced adviser who has supported some of the world’s leading organisations with major strategy, transformation and cost reduction programmes. He has a foundation in service delivery roles built at “Big 4” firms, coupled with entrepreneurial roles leading specialist advisory companies. He has worked with a broad range of clients on engagements across Europe, United States, the Middle East and Africa.
In joining PiC, Mike brings particularly deep experience of IT sourcing strategy, supplier selection and negotiation, ranging from small to very large deals of c£1Bn+ in size. Reviewing supplier strategy allows clients to take a truly holistic view of business change, orchestrating both internal and external resources to deliver lasting results.
Mike’s considered, diplomatic approach has proven invaluable to closing complex negotiations and is equally effective when agreeing plans between diverse groups of stakeholders.
Outside of work Mike is a keen mountain biker, exploring the Rossendale moors on two wheels whenever he can escape from the pressing demands of a young family.
