Nick has worked for the last 25 years in technology and business change management, his experience spanning a broad spectrum of organisations mainly centred around financial services and blue chip organisations.
Early on in his career he recognised that people are at the heart of successful change and therefore building high performing, sustainable teams that are driven through a) an open and honest culture, b) the active management and utilisation of talent and c) actively encouraging a collaborative working environment.
His main source of work satisfaction comes from being part of a team that collectively delivers change in complex or challenging environments where the delivery of change is successful and creates real value to the organisation and to the end customer.
Outside of work he keeps busy with DIY projects, playing tennis and keeping fit in the gym which helps to compensate for his love of food and cooking.
