- Supporting leaders to bring their outcomes and visions to life by helping to clearly define and shape them.
- Ensuring that these outcomes and visions are translated into artefacts that are sound, and most importantly, are easy to understand and interpret.
- Actively protecting and assuring that these outcomes and visions are delivered and not eroded or blurred in the details throughout the project/programme lifespan.
On a personal level, my family keep me pretty busy – however, when there’s spare time, I love to get outdoors and enjoy the beautiful Cheshire/Derbyshire countryside: camping, biking, or walking. I am also a keen artist and red wine collector.
